How does everyone like the recent pay cut?

How is everyone enjoying the recent 3 cent pay cut? Is it only the English chat or other languages too?

It was explained that the traffic was taken away (It was dead all of the sudden) because Op4u was too expensive for the main company where traffic comes from (is this even true?) The main company sent there traffic to cheaper companies (studios). OP4U went and cut the pay drastically and traffic picked back up a little bit.

Nothing else has changed. They have not lowered the payout amount. They still demand everyone to have 130 chars message average (which isn't that bad, but the minimum length on the platform is 75 chars. Now I understand longer messages are needed at times of times to answer all of the client's questions and also when the client sends a longer message, but at this shit pay rate, they should only expect and ask for a 75 -100 char message length average.

There has to be a better paying company than this for ops.

Have you noticed on their FB page they still show a different pay rate Or is that one still for the NL chat?

The really fun part is when you type out an entire message and answer several questions that the client has asked and after leaving notes and then get a pop out that says the customer has already been handled by another op. That means that you have done the notes for some other op, created a message and don't get paid for it. (This happens whether the message is long or shorter- it is not a matter of taking too long to answer it.)

Are other companies (studios) cutting their pay too due to the main company not giving them traffic and instead giving it to the cheaper companies? Is it true that there some companies (studios) that even pay extra working weekends?
