Good company to work for
Review over Operating4uI've been working for Operating4u as of May this year so not that long but on the other hand, I think it's long enough to give my honest opinion about this studio.
Traffic is slow at times but not much slower as I've experienced at other studios where 4-5 messages per hour was considered a busy day. In fact, I can still make a living out of working for them. Fair is fair, the drop in pay per message came as a shock, but then again, let's face it, with low traffic, what good does a higher pay per message do for you?
I find management very friendly and most of all very helpful, you never have to wait long to get an answer. I usually get my money within 2 days, occasionally it's a day later, but that's very rare.
They're not only paying on time, they don't let you work unpaid as either a so called training period or to pay back the cost of the training.
What I like best is the freedom I have, no one looking over my shoulder 24/7 to tell me what I should do better or how to rephrase my sentences. Sure, I've been told to make my messages longer once, and no I didn't like to be told but in all fairness, they were right :D
If you've been doing this for many years as I have, you will realize it won't get any better than what this studio is offering you.

No newsletter since August? Boohoo
Are you serious? That's worth complaining about? Ever thought of checking your spam folder? Cause I did receive a newsletter in August, just as I've had in every single month, but even then, come on, you judging this studio for not receiving a newsletter, the horror, call the police, the newspaper, this has to stop, no newsletter...
I don't believe Carlo told you to fuck off, if he did, please show proof, I think you just got caught violating the rules and got kicked, that's why you left this review.
